Great location! King bed in one room, two bathrooms, everything we needed including some coffee pods, first floor, balcony/patio had view of creek.

I had the best nights sleep on their wonderful bed than i can ever remember having. The pillows were like laying on clouds so soft and put me to sleep as soon as i laid my head on them. I am the type of person that tosses and turns for a couple of hours but not the two nights i spent here..

After our four hour drive from Nashville we were able to get an earlier check in, which was very helpful, as we'd got afternoon tickets to Dollywood, and for obvious security reasons did not want to leave all our luggage in the car. We were allocated a room on the top (7th) floor, which was absolutely lovely. Room was faultlessly clean, with all the facilities we required. Bed was very comfortable, and ensured that during our four nights stay we slept well. The staff that we encountered were polite, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast provided was perfectly adequate. Plenty of free parking, Location, at the end of Parkway was perfectly OK, with numerous eateries nearby. I have no hesitation about recommending this hotel, and if ever I return to Pigeon Forge I'll book it again. 😊

The room was adequate and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice as well. We were able to meet in the lobby as a group late at night. That was very much appreciated.
