The whole family enjoyed their stay at this hotel. From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure we enjoyed ourselves and were serviced/helped with great staff that were friendly and willing to help. The location was amazing, our room faced the mountain side so we had a daily view to remember. The room was a good size and the bathroom/shower was amazing. The wellness/spa centre was great as well. We enjoyed the massage service, that was given professionally and with care. Hotel is right across the ski fields and lift so there really wasnt much walking required at all. There is a ski hire store in the hotel though their prices are high compared to watch you would get if you just go to a store outside the hotel. The lockers are not as costly and are a great feature to use after a day of skiing. You basically poot on your boots, grab your skiis and in five minutes you are on the lifts heading up the mountain. (Granted, when its not a school holiday etc. and there arent a whole lot of people)

Location is amazing right on the ski slopes. Stylish studio with comfortable bed. Room is quite spacious and looks better than photos. We would definitely come back loved it

Clean and comfortable, not really close to ski area and placeses that ski equipment rental but every hour there is a bus just front of hotel. Close by you can find markets and restorans. They do not speak English well but thet are really helpful . Free parking area

The host is more than polite, the view is fabulous, the facilities have everything you might want, and even more (other than the usual you would expect, there are salt, pepper, garlic, pasta, a bar with fair prices, toaster, kettle, and a list of restaurants delivering the food to the address, so even in the case you forget the food or drinks, you'll be ok!)! The beds are quite comfortable, plus there is floor heating which makes your stay very enjoyable! There are a few hills you can climb, and the surrounding area is in general great for hiking, so both the facilities and the location are perfect!

Really satisfied! The welcome, especially to our dog was exceptional. Cozy and a good spa area with a hot tub and a good supermarket across the road and parking- especially for the price - amazing! And they take cards which is convenient.

De kamer was geweldig, mooi en modern met prachtig uitzicht. Helemaal zoals je op de foto verwacht. Telefonisch contact met de eigenaren verliep soepel en helder. Fijn dat er in veel verschillende talen gecommuniceerd kan worden. In het Nederlands, Engels en Duits. Jammer dat we hier maar 1 nacht sliepen.

Everything!!! Perfect location (the slope Malo jezero is literally directly outside of the door), spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, free parking next to the hotel, ski depot very tidy, warm and organized (for additional fee, which is not too expencive and worth the money, believe me!), and finally, charming, positive, helpful and always in good mood owner Golub! We'll be back, for sure!
