The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. Every detail had been carefully considered to create a tranquil and comfortable environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amazing spa. Situated amidst the serene mountainous landscape, the spa offered a range of luxurious facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, like indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna and more other. The spa's tranquil ambiance truly added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and escape from the stresses of everyday life. The dining options at the hotel were equally impressive. The restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The menu showcased both local and international cuisine, providing a culinary experience that satisfied even the most discerning palate. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff made dining an absolute pleasure, ensuring my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations. The hotel's location on Paltinis Mountain was truly idyllic. Overall, my stay at this 4-star hotel on Paltinis Mountain with its incredible spa was a truly unforgettable experience. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and stunning natural surroundings created a haven of relaxation and indulgence. We booked 2 rooms, we arrived little before 12 o'clock and although check in time starts at 16 o'clock, they told us we can check in straight away as rooms were ready. This was very helpful as we travelled some time by car and we were looking forward to settle in and unpack and then go explore the area. We had some trouble with our car and the host went out of his way to assist us; many thanks again for the help, this was much appreciated. Rooms were very well heated which was great considering outside it was freezing temperatures. We had dinner at the restaurant and food was lovely, big variety of food in the menu. Breakfast was very nice, again a variety of hot and cold food. Can only compliment the entire staff 😀

Very, very clean. Covid19 measures were fully observed and implemented. Very clean bathrooms, hot water all the time. Very nice and helpful staff. Good parking.

Very big, spacious and clean rooms, very nice location with mountain view and big parking, very good breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We initially planned to stay 4 nights but due to weather conditions we’ve shortened our stay to 2 nights and the hosts contacted booking.com to get a refund. They have a ping-pong table which was really nice.

The location is great, looking out the window you feel like you're in the middle of the forest. The apartment has everything you need and the host was very helpful with recommendations about dining and places to visit.

It is 5 minutes walking to the slope. Was very clean, good facilities with a well equipped kitchen and very friendly owners. Also good location close to a few restaurants which offer also take-away.
