The peace and quiet was lovely. Slightly out of town but the ammenities at the hotel made up for it plus the shuttle which would pick you up on request was fantastic.

The location of Hotel Ermitage is perfect with glorious views of the Lac Leman / Lake Garda. The Deluxe lake view room was beautiful, well appointed with very comfortable large bed, excellent views of the garden and lake beyond, from a loggia which had enough room for chair and desk. My mother requested an upgrade at her own cost and her Castle Room was just wonderful, spacious with excellent amenities, a seating area which doubled up as a lounge area and a Loggia and separate spacious balcony area - very much worth the additional cost. There was very much attention to detail, such as beautiful furnishings and little details such as eco coffee pods for the machine, which we very much appreciated. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely gorgeous and linked to the grounds of the sister hotel, The Hotel Royale. The Ermitage is beautiful hotel, very quite, beautifully decorated and the dining experience very much what we would expect from a quality French restaurant. None of this would mean anything without the wonderful hospitality of the staff. All individual staff members had a lovely approach, with typical French manners, discreet and gracious service throughout. In particular, the gentleman who assisted us with room change for my mother was particularly attentive and supportive with our needs as was the young woman serving us in the restaurant on Sunday evening. However all members of staff were wonderful and attentive. Absolutely, faultless service throughout. We cannot wait to return to the Hotel Ermitage and Evian and thank you so much for making my Mother's birthday so special. Perfect for two people. Very clean space, had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Parking garage available. Beautiful views to the lake. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in the apartment. Check in process was very smooth, the property owner was there to explain us everything.

A beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment in Evian with a fabulous terrace. No WiFi but that is in the property description. The location is very central and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved the location. Very easy to walk into Evian les bains which has a Fri market, lots of shops and resturants. If you have a car it's a short drive to chateau Chillon, Yvoire and Morzine and the Gorges de Diable. Lovely and warm room with a well equipped kitchen area.. There is a large room with a few pieces of gym equipment which we used for pilates. Nice clean pool. You could pre book a set 3 course meal for 16 euros.
