It’s very clean and comfortable and the apartment was beautifully furnished. Thais was very welcoming and provided lots of recommendations on restaurants and attractions in Faro. Check-in was easy.

Conveniently set in Faro, Roots Hotel provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi. Private parking is available on site. The guest relations team was excellent - Amin, Lilian, and Marcelo were friendly and warm. They provided great cuisine recommendations and a brief overview of local activities. The hotel location was also walking distance from the town center and restaurants. I'll strongly consider booking the Roots again when I visit Faro.

The staff was wonderful! Unbelievably quiet. Small store down the street. Large supermarket 5 min by car up the street.

I have been to several countries and Portuguese people are more kind. This stay is in the perfect location. Just a walk away from everything, but beware walking in Portugal is not easy with the hilly roads. The house is very beautiful and well-maintained, and the welcome drinks are a bonus.
