What a fantastic find!! Spotless, homely, welcoming and great location with parking included! Great shower in the brand new bathroom, stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious. Kitchen area is stocked up and again, spotless!! 10/10 for the Flamingo, will definitely be back!!

I arrived later then expected and Chris and Anne kindly met me in the drive coming into the parking and showed me where the keys were. I entered the property with ease and the outside lights were already on.

I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. The property was exceptional , extremely clean and modern . The apartment had been furnished and decorated by the owners with extremely good taste and it showed throughout the building. We were greeted on arrival by one of the owners who was probably one of the friendliest hosts we have ever met. He showed us round and also explained how to get to the beach and town. The apartment could not be located in a better place and everything was nearby but it also felt like a quiet spot and there was plenty of parking on the street no matter what time you arrived. We would definitely return and would highly recommend anyone to book at this property. 10 out of 10 for apartment 10 out of 10 for to the hosts 10 out of 10 for location Could not fault it Stayed in Babacoombe apartment from 18th July to 24th July 2021

Nice quiet location, easy to get to, couple of minutes walk to beach front at Goodrington . Close by to Youngs park, and about 10 -15 minute walk down to Paignton sea front. We thought it was a lovely location and would definitely stay again .
