It is within walking distance of many places and the check-in system is very convenient, especially if you arrive late at night. The room was super clean and comfortable.

Both hosts we talked to readily provided advice on what to visit in Nice and nearby, where to eat etc, in addition to accomodation-related issues. The room was nice and cosy, very clean. I recommend with no hesitation.

Very clean and comfortable. and they had a breakfast pack in the morning that was the perfect setup.
