Conveniently situated in the Canasvieiras district of Florianópolis, Top Studios Canasvieiras TPS is located less than 1 km from Praia de Canasvieiras, a 12-minute walk from Canajure Beach and 1.4 km... the apartment looks completely new. everything clean and facial recognition is topnotch. Communication was perfect also the use / installation of the app os flow less. I could do the laundry downstairs Apartmemt is almost soundproof didnt hear anything from the neighbours. about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Having a car is needed but free parking is amazing

Beautiful new apartments in a great location in Florianópolis. The room was spacious for travelling, and facilities very clean. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Parking is secure behind the apartments, and entry into the apartments is secure. We booked a 3 night stay originally, then rebooked another 1 night stay after our flight back into Florianópolis from Foz as we were very comfortable here.
