I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was made to feel really welcome. The host was really friendly and made sure I felt at home. The place was super clean and tidy. The room was nice and comfortable, with nice furniture and a comfy bed. The air purifiers in the room were a great touch and showed that the host really cared about the guest's health. The host had even provided snacks and water which was a nice surprise. The place also had a nice fireplace that made the evenings super cozy. One of the best things about this place was its location. It's really close to the city center which meant it was really easy to walk around and check out the local sights and do a bit of shopping. Despite being close to the center, the place was nice and quiet. This was hands down my best experience with a BNB so far. It wasn't just the physical comfort of the space but the overall atmosphere of care, comfort that left an indelible impression on me.

The apartment was very pretty. It was very well furnished and it was comfortable. The loft was in a nice neighbourhood ~20 minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella station. The host gave us in the day all the informations regarding the check-in and checked on us whether everything was good.
