The room stunk terrible.
The room stunk terrible. When you pay 252.00 for a room I'm pissed it seems as no cares about the customers. And homeless people came inside and ate free breakfast explain. That to me. I wouldn't recommend Quality Inn to anyone to stay.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0
Early check in was great.
Early check in was great. No complimentary breakfast and no maid service during our stay was disappointing. If you don’t get your room cleaned or a breakfast then they should discount the price or at least tell there is no complimentary breakfast or maid service when you make your reservation. Probably my first and last time staying with them.

Room was very clean, and nicely furnished! Bed was comfy, and I loved the decor!! Breakfast was a hit, everything in the room worked. The front desk associates were polite and informative...professional!! Was in a great location, tucked away from a busy intersection. I would stay here again, and I rate it a 💯

I like the city and will continue to stay due to it being accessible to everything and my family is very close in Memphis but I will not stay at the Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center ever!!!

Me and my toddler really love the Blue Hotel...
Me and my toddler really love the Blue Hotel... That’s what she calls it.. Bed was really comfy and I love the pillows... In a nice quiet area... Staff was really polite and helpful.. We will be staying again...

As I made it around 11 pm at night to check.in I was told my reservation was canceled causing me.to.spend more money than I intended at another hotel. I'm glad I didn't stay because if the rooms smelt as horrible as the entrance I would have left anyway. I should of known something was ratchet when the police was already on the scene. They have a snack corner (pretty expensive) but convenient and worth it if you don’t want to drive. Had no problems checking in or getting extending my stay.
