The location was not safe and secure. The room was filthy mold in fridge, blood on walls, microwave stunk and was dirty and the fridge couldn't be used and the air conditioner didn't work. The hole was booked to capacity.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0
Early check in was great.
Early check in was great. No complimentary breakfast and no maid service during our stay was disappointing. If you don’t get your room cleaned or a breakfast then they should discount the price or at least tell there is no complimentary breakfast or maid service when you make your reservation. Probably my first and last time staying with them.

Room was very clean, and nicely furnished! Bed was comfy, and I loved the decor!! Breakfast was a hit, everything in the room worked. The front desk associates were polite and informative...professional!! Was in a great location, tucked away from a busy intersection. I would stay here again, and I rate it a 💯

As I made it around 11 pm at night to check.in I was told my reservation was canceled causing me.to.spend more money than I intended at another hotel. I'm glad I didn't stay because if the rooms smelt as horrible as the entrance I would have left anyway. I should of known something was ratchet when the police was already on the scene.
