Well, honestly, I didn't see much of Knoxville, but it was on the way to Chattanooga. And it was a good place to stay, making the rest of the drive to our destination (90minutes) convenient. Which did allow us time to check out the local sites. (we checked out the Museum of Appalachia, a living history museum, just 20 miles north of Knoxville. I told my husband about it, and since we'll be driving to Tennessee more often since my brother is moving there this year, I am excited that I can take advantage of what Knoxville and Chattanooga have to offer. I definitely want to explore Knoxville and its surrounding area over the next few years. The mountains have been calling me for years, but this was the first time I drove through this southern part of Tennessee. It's beautiful out there! I'll be back.

Traveled thru the area. Stayed two nights. Did not have much time to enjoy the offerings. City looked clean, with plenty of trees and green space. Picturesque but still has all the elements of a large metropolis.

We were in Knoxville for the University of Tennessee football game. We stayed on the out skirts of town because either other hotel rooms were booked up or the hotels jacked up in prices for the weekend. Knoxville is a great city to visit but if your not into college football I'd suggest you visit when there's not a game going on.
There's a lot of fun restaurants in downtown Knoxville "Market Square".

I have commented already and your comments will greatly improve if you do those few inexpensive refurbishments. Also tell people there are 2 apartments, so persons aren't surprised by noises from other renters.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was the coldest pool we have ever used in a hotel stay. The hot tub was not super clean but sufficient and enjoyable. We got to breakfast 15 minutes before it closed and there was hardly anything left (1pc. of bread, no waffle mix, no sausage but there were some eggs) We ended up going out to breakfast which was an additional expense. The agent at the front desk when we arrived was very nice and helpful.
how accommodating- great snack area for kids- able to grab drinks alcohol and nonalcoholic if you didn’t wanna go to bar area. the staff was amazing wish I could comment them all but Anna Stood out for me and my kids. rooms were super clean, shower water pressure was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in downtown Knoxville- the interior design is just beautiful- free morning lobby coffee was awesome- so many upper scale hotels have cut that out.
Super comfy hotel. Close to downtown and walking distance to everything. Sun sphere across the road. Nice safe and secure car park. Room was very modern with excellent shower and bed. Staff were fantastic. Reasonably priced considering it's so central. Nice breakfast in the morning.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring downtown on foot. The breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic and the Starbucks was a very welcome addition! The staff were lovely and the rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit.
I thought the outside pool and picnic area was better than the average. The only reason I rated location lower is because we needed to be closer to downtown knoxville, and traffic on the interstate can be a bear. it is not far by miles, but can take quite a while
Location was great, bed was comfy, and we liked the king suite with the extra space! it was remarkably quiet being so close to everything. We really liked the vibe of the hotel and most of the staff were pleasant and helpful!
The location was excellent to downtown Knoxville and to UT. Was able to walk downtown and enjoy coffee and atmosphere. Also, very close to Old Town and the University of Tennessee, which was why we were there to begin with.
Staff are very nice and helpful. the room was very clean and exceeded my expectation. It truly worth what I payed for. I have tried more than three hotels in west Knoxville last couple months, this is the best so far.
That the room was worth what I paid. That the wifi was easy to connect to. The hotel was also within close proximity to one of my favorite restaurants. This made my plans for the next day much easier to carry out.
The property is easy to find, pretty with very cute furnishings and finishes and some lovely decor touches. It’s close to downtown as well which has some great dining and entertainment spots.
Beautiful and clean! Also close to everything in downtown. The gym was the largest and had the most equipment of any hotel we’ve stayed in. The restaurant was great for breakfast.
