We loved the location of the property. The room was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good as was the daily breakfast. What sets this property apart is the wonderful staff who gave us some much assistance as my husband has a disability. Special mention of Eloise, Lucia, Kirsten, and the wonderful ladies at breakfast Diana and Jemima.

Perth used to be the capital of Scotland and has obviously been a very wealthy city. I would have loved to have seen it then.
Unfortunately it is now much like many cities and very run down.
Most things in Scotland are beautiful and I was really looking forward to Perth but found that the surrounding areas were much better than the City centre. So sorry as I would have loved to have said it was great.
Glasgow and Edinburgh are obviously big vibrant cities and I expected Perth to just have a little of this.

We were too early in the year for a number of attractions unfortunately. Come after the end of March. However, the Black Watch Museum was excellent especially if in to military history. You can have a guided tour which is very very informative, excellent in fact.
The restaurant, Kisas, was very good.

A small/compact City.
A small/compact City. Historic and the New Museum is fantastic. There are many independent shops as well as the shopping centre. Plenty of good eateries and coffee shops.
well placed for walking or cycling the river has footpaths along it and is well maintained. A lively theatre/live event scene too.

The hostel located in a queit area, could sleep very well in the night.
Only a short drive from Perth.
The best hostel we had stayed during our 15 days vacation in Scotland.
From the moment we arrived in the car park till the moment we left the building we had a truly fabulous stay - indeed we firmly believe it was the best Guesthouse we have ever experienced. Our apartment was most beautifully appointed and equipped, the bed extremely comfortable, the breakfast cooked and presented by our host David was sublime ( and highly entertaining!) - what personal and presentation skills he possesses.
it was the highlight of a lovely week we had in Scotland.
Sam is a fantastic host who went the extra mile to make sure we got the most out of our overnight stay in Perth. Sam recommended some places to eat in the city and places to go if we wanted to have a little walk around. The breakfast we had was one of the best myself and partner have had during our road trip around Scotland with the personal touch of a fruit salad starter and fresh baked bread. If we ever stay in Perth again we will be looking to stay here again.
Although I travelled to Perth with friends I could not get booked into the same hotel as them. The hotel is situated in a perfectly central location for all ameneties. The decor in my room was lovely (albeit the furniture was a little dated but in great condition). The room and all other areas of the hotel were very clean and the breakfast was amazing. I would defintitely go back there to stay.

Recently stayed here for 6 days on a work trip. Very cheap, clean and tidy. Get more from it over a hotel room as you have access to a kitchen/social room. Can wine and done yourself and use the free wifi. Well situated with a tesco and Asda in close proximity for the essentials (cider).
At the end of the day it is student accommodation so dont expect 5 stars. but it served me well.
Very practical for a one night stay on the way back south from Scotland. Easy to find on outskirts of city. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean good sized room. Good noise insulation. Everything well maintained. Parking and WiFi good. Restaurant next door for dinner. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Petrol station and M and S food across the road.
We had a lovely large room with good views over the garden. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed.
Food was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel was in a good location close to Perth, but there were some good local walks along the river and to Huntingtower Castle.
Parklands is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Perth. Over looking the park it is a great location for exploring. The food is amazing, we had dinner bed and breakfast and it was fab. Staff are so so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The location was easy to find and great for exploring Perth on foot. Breakfast of choice was cooked for you when you arrived at the dining room. Very nice bedding, and the bathroom was bathed in a wonderful natural light.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a lovely setting. Really good breakfast available.
Comfortable bed with two pillows each. Shower was powerful and refreshing. Convenient location near Perth and motorway.
it was clean and spacious. very nice hotel staff. delicious toffee pudding. it was so difficult finding a plug to charge our phones and my mom’s hearing aides.
