The 200 years old Minshuku Goyomon lies amid Ainokura Village, a World Heritage Site with centuries old Gassho-style houses and a traditional local community. The setting was magnificent. A very beautiful peaceful little village with magnificent mountain scenery.

Amazing hospitality. Staff were so polite and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were phenomenal. Room with the private bath was great. Really good value for money

Located in the centre of the Unazuki hot-spring area, Hotel Kurobe features Japanese-style rooms with mountain views. Too much to fit in 3 sentences; the location was mind blowing, the service was exceptional, the food and facilities were great. The stand out was the staff and their assistance, and the views!

Only a 3-minute walk from Unazuki Onsen Train Station, Kurobe Unazukionsen Yamanoha offers Japanese and Western-style accommodations with a flat-screen TV. The faculties were first rate, the food was plentiful, varied and of high standard. The onsen was VERY relaxing. Staff were very helpful, when we had any requests.

Located in the Gokayama hot-spring area, Gokasanso offers Japanese and Western-style accommodations with a flat-screen TV. My view was brilliant from my room. Near a bus stop, be careful of the hill leading up though. The onsen was great. The room was big, in which the bed was comfortable, still the Japanese hard bed though. Staff allowed me to leave all of my luggage before I checked in which was great! Staff were really friendly all around the hotel. Dinner was a traditional Japanese dinner, and had a lot of dishes, the same was with breakfast. A razor, hair band, toothbrush ect were available. You are also given a choice of a small, medium or large yukata. I really enjoyed it here. I highly recommend it.

Located just steps from giant Buddha statue Takaoka Daibutsu, Japanese-style inn Ryokan Daibutsu lies in the heart of historical Takaoka City. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access. The staff is exceptional, helpful and considerate! This is a wonderful ryokan for a perfect Japanese experience. The rooms are comfortable and the food delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Shiroyamasou is situated in Asahi, 44 km from Toyama-kō and 15 km from Kurobe-Unazukionsen Station. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean and nice. The bathroom was also very comfortabele with a nice onsen bath.

Located in Takaoka, 48 km from Kanazawa Castle and 48 km from Kenrokuen Garden, Kadokyu Ryokan offers air conditioning. The location in front of Takaoka Daibutsu was the best. It's a historic inn, nice Japanese style room, and the staff was kind.

Eihokaku is a 3-star property set in Himi. This 3-star hotel offers free WiFi. Guests can enjoy sea views. At the hotel, all rooms have a desk, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Great ocean view from the room. Awesome breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent!

Located within 700 metres of Kurobe Gorge and 13 km of Kurobe-Unazukionsen Station in Kurobe, Kurobe UnazukiOnsen Togen features accommodation with seating area. Staff were very responsive and super friendly. Picked our luggages up at the closest train station while we head out to explore the area. Once we finish exploring the area they came and picked us up back to the ryokan. Free drinks, popsicles and coffee at the lounge area. Staff were super friendly and food is nice. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed so far.
