Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. The dinner was probably the best dining experience I have had in Japan so far, especially the sashimi; everything was perfectly seasoned. I would recommend everyone to reserve (in advance) their dinner at least once to know how good their food is. Everyone always address my needs as far as they can provide, and always with a warm smile on their face. This is the absolute Japanese hospitality experience bar none. The owner (and almost every staff there) can speak perfect english so you will never have any problem with the language barrier. Love the private onsen. I take baths every day, sometimes twice a day. The cold winter helps.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Everything is crazily awesome!! We booked a higher-floor lake-view room. It's on 6 floors. The room is really big since it's not my first time staying at this kind of traditional Japanese onsen Ryokan. 1. The check-in male staff is really professional and his English is one of the best during my stay in Japan. 2. The lady who was responsible for our room Yuki, was really helpful and completed every her mission perfectly from welcome tea to set up and serving our whole traditional Japanese dinner. 3. The rooftop is the best reason to stay here. You can see the whole of Fuji Mountain here. The day we checked in was clear but with some cloud on the tip of the mt. But on the day we checked out was really clear. 4. The shared onsen on the fourth floor is also awesome. There are all kinds of onsen and saunas. Even better with an outdoor one! I didn't go in the daytime but if you stay here please try it. 5. The shuttle bus is really helpful since most of our trains are after 3 pm. You can also use it when you checkout first, leave your bags here explore around and come back to take the shuttle bus back to the train station.

Hotel Asafuji erbjuder boende i luftkonditionerade rum i japansk stil med grönt te. Alla rum och de varma källbaden har utsikt över berget Fuji och Kawaguchisjön. Such a gorgeous place with the loveliest staff! We felt thoroughly pampered from head to toe during our stay. An incredible experience, please don’t miss out on the course dinner/breakfast! The price is so reasonable for the quality of the views and the room. Cannot recommend this enough! ありがとうございました

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. nice room good onsen, dinner is AMAZING, Michelin standard. highly recommend

Mitsubikiya ligger i Matsumoto och erbjuder boende med trädgård, gemensam lounge och terrass samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Rooms were clean and spacious, toilet was clean. We opted for the special dinner and was not disappointed!

八海 木花館 ligger i Oshino, 10 km från Fuji-Q Highland, och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, gratis privat parkering och en trädgård. The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!

The host was very kind. He explained to us about the place and then served us tea and cookies in the room. A traditional Japanese hospitality experience exactly as we wanted. Excellent location near 2 restaurants that we really enjoyed.

The dinner we paid for additionally was awesome (a 6-course dinner). The breakfast was also very good. Everything was cooked by the host himself - Yoshi. He appeared to be a very nice guy. He was very kind to us. He explained to us many interesting things and gave us a ride in his car on the day we left. He showed us some pretty good spots to take a picture with the Sakura trees and Mount Fuji. The whole stay there was one not to forget. Absolutely recommend staying there!

Oyado Yukizumi ligger i Kusatsu, 46 km från Jigokudanis appark, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. Boendet är rökfritt och ligger 14 km från Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. Amazing facilities - big spacious room, very clean. The onsen is great with natural spring water, very clean and tidy, if a bit small but it’s no issue.
