Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and ski equipment rentals can be arranged. 3rd time in Hakkoda and the previous 2 had been at the hotel close to the Ropeway. Jogakura is far superior and I would stay here again in a flash. We were upgraded from a twin to a superior twin on arrival. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the hotel guiding over the back with pick up was fantastic value.

They served Japanese traditional food set with wagyu and seafood buffet. Breakfast's buffet lines were impressive as well!! Onsen has two big indoor pools and one outdoor pool. Hot spring water is also serviced at our room's bath tub!! We were very happy!!!
