We didn't expect much from breakfast, but we were surprised that it was Japanese style like everything at the hotel. Japanese hotel in Japanese district. Highly recommend for Japan lovers

Everything about this hotel was just perfect! I booked this room for my mother-in-law to come and stay with us as I wanted her to experience the Japanese Onsen, Filipino singers and the poolside bar! She now wishes to come stay here with her husband each year! Special thanks again to Mynnie who made our stay very warm and welcoming!

Very spacious, well-designed room. Extremely comfortable bed. The room was very quiet with efficient blackout curtains. Thus, very pleasant conditions for a restful night were provided. The breakfast buffet is a wonder to behold! Traditional breakfast meals from around the world are spread before one. The staff are pleasant and, when my incoming flight was delayed by 23 hours, changing my booked night was achieved rapidly and without fuss. Easy access to DMK via the footbridge attached to the hotel.

Very friendly welcome from staff after long journey. Rooms really stylish and modern. Quirky art and regional information in rooms and public spaces. Beds are firm, futon style. Great value for Bangkok with Thai breakfast ( or eggs and ham) included. Close to market and main train station.

Location is good, walking distance to Emporium and Em sphere mall. Many good massage places nearby and even in the hotel. Hotel also has onsen and sauna which is great after a day of walking. The room we had was a suite upgraded free for our stay, very spacious and with washer/dryer. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always greeting us cheerfully.

The facilities of the hotel were incredible. The pool is such a pleasure to swim in, it felt like a safe haven in the middle of the liveliness of Bangkok. The hotel also has a great gym, as well as an Onsen and other spa facilities. We also happily got upgraded.
