Good location, close to the station. Very kind staff, they also speak a bit of English which is very helpful. The public bath is great with a private option. Would also recommend the Japanse breakfast which was very good!

Location was a short walk from Tottori Station, and close to a lot of good food (the best ones all require reservation, though). Great private / family bath, beautiful garden, spacious room. They also managed to book a superb masseur for me (4000yen for 40min).

They also noticed and served us cold tea again. To help us cool down fr the summer sun. Kaiseki dinner was good. Japanese breakfast was good. Service is super. Onsen baths were nice. Public areas were excellent with plenty of sitting areas and large fish pond and free fish food. Public and private baths were great.
