Had a beautiful experience here. Quiet and serene surroundings. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner served in Japanese seating style. Onsen area has a hot (indoor) pool and a warm (outdoor) pool - covered by bamboos - a nice peaceful environment to relax. Yukata and slippers are provided for guests use. Staff are polite and helpful. Hotel even offered pick-up service from Omachi Onsenkyo bus stop.

The perfect stop-off after crossing the Alpine Route from Toyama. Baggage-forwarding service from Toyama delivers directly to hotel. Spotlessly clean, located close to forest, very tranquil - spa hotel with own onsen - all traditionally Japanese, so if you want the Japanese experience, not the 'standard western hotel' experience, this is perfect. "Western-style" dinner options are limited in town, but there is a beautiful family Ramen restaurant nearby. Helpful and accommodating staff.
