The owner was so nice and friendly, always available to help and provide useful information. I rented all ski material and lift pass through him, and everything was so easy and efficient. The bedroom is spacious, with adorable traditional decoration and great view, and the bed was also super comfortable. The onsen on the hotel was the cherry on top of the cake, after a ski day. There was also a green slope (suitable to all levels) ending at 3 minutes away from the property, which was very convenient.

Our 4 days here were a highlight of our 3-week Japan trip. The Tomii family were incredibly friendly and helpful with every request (tea, restaurant reservations, taking delivery of our skis in advance and storing them, etc.) and their meals (we had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner) were extraordinary - creative, locally-sourced, and copious. The facilities were very nice and the location is perfect a block from the center of town.

Yukiko and her team were super helpful and accommodating for us, helped us to book a taxi back to Iiyama and also helped book transfer of our luggage to Tokyo. The rooms are spacious and a close walk to the centre of town. We would definitely stay again if we have the chance.
