Lovely staff and gorgeous, typically Japanese hotel with wonderful views and atmosphere. We didn't eat but we should have as the dining looked amazing when we walked past! One of the nicest onsens I've had in a long time (and I've had many!).

És un lloc ideal per relaxar-se i desconnectar. Tenen un onsen a l'interior i a l'aire lliure amb vistes espectaculars a la muntanya. Des de l'habitació també es pot veure la muntanya. L'habitació és molt gran, lluminosa, d'estil tradicional i té lavabo i dutxa propis.

Everything, apart from sleeping on a futon (no western bedrooms available)! The food choice and quality at breakfast and dinner were amazing. Access to the Onsen really straightforward - we lived this experience! The bedroom was spacious, with seperate toilet, basin and wet room

The staff was super friendly, they offer us shuttle bus from the train station which was great. Location is ideal If you are doing the nakasendo route. The onsen and the fun was great, I don’t know why so many people left negative comments because we found it just ideal for what we were looking for
