We took a room with a balcony, it was bigger than we imagined, very clean with all what you could need during your trip. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had initially booked a room with king bed but upon arrival, she immediately assisted us in changing to a room that suited our preferences. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant, Boreas, was a culinary delight. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The main pool area was nothing short of fantastic. The immaculate pool was inviting and the surrounding amenities were top-notch. The pool snack restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exquisite dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and the high attention to detail in every dish. In the evenings, the resort offered a range of night activities specially in the event area. The live musics and performances provided a wonderful ambiance and we had a fantastic time enjoying the entertainment.
