Sera Lake Resort Hotel is set in Trabzon, overlooking Sera Lake, 32 km from Çal Cave and 35 km from Hıdırnebi Plateau. Uzungöl with its lush nature is located 111 km away. The Sera Lake Resort is a fantastic place for relaxing. I spent my New Year holiday here, and the service was terrific, including accommodation, restaurant, and staff support. The Resort provides additional service for tourist tours which I used to visit Uzungol lake. The restaurant is excellent. Food is local style and tasty. I have to express my gratitude to Mr. Hanifi Yildirim, who is working in the restaurant, who gave world-class service taking care of me as a guest, much more than usual and better than hotels with more stars. In general, all the staff people are polite and willing to help even if their English is not the best, they always found a way to communicate. Besides everything great, I would underline the staff and their service as the best point about the whole experience. It is an excellent place focused on guests' needs with an optimal balance between luxury and individual service to the guest. This is one of the reasons I prefer smaller hotels and resorts compared to world-famous brands.
