Tanja and her mom are amazing hosts, they take care of every detail. They make you feel as if you are part of the family. Breakfast was incredible! The sunset and sunrise from the accommodation are outstanding! I highly recommend stayed here.

Enjoying a scenic location in the heart of the Triglav National Park, only 300 metres from Lake Bohinj, the Hotel & Villa Stare offer en-suite accomodation with free WiFi. Breakfast was a nice but steady variety, Anna who prepared them also baked fresh pancakes sometimes. Location is great for hiking the Triglav national park and Lake Bohinj area. Host George was also kind and helpful to tell us and recommend which hikes to try based on the weather etc.

We feel fortunate to have stayed here and have promised each other a return visit when we don't get the rain. This place feels like we belong and are extremely happy with our visit here.
