Set in the centre of Ramnicu Valcea, 5 km from the Ocnele Mari Salt Mine, Vila Victoria features rooms with balconies and WiFi access. Free parking is available in front of the property. I have first stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago, and since then I stayed here at least 20 times, and at least once a year. This hotel is an *exceptionally* well run family business. The rooms are *very* clean, large, and have big balconies. The AC is very strong, and easily handle hot weather. The rooms also have fridge, tv, and very large bathrooms. From the rooms you have beautiful views of the hills around Ramnicu Valcea.

Ramnicu Valcea’s boutique Simfonia Boutique Hotel is located 500 metres from the centre of town and offers a fitness room, spa area, sauna and steam bath. Absolutely everything ! The first impression is great, the receptionist was sooo nice and fun, the restaurant and bar exceptional with the staff included, aaand the cocktails just yuummm 😁 We stayed in the Mediterranean room, it was really cool and comfortable. I felt like staying there more ☺️

All units at Pension Andra's House feature a balcony, bathroom, seating area and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Some units consist of 2 adjoining bedrooms. We loved the property. It was big, beautiful, full of houses and they have a restaurant right there. Which is perfect, for each meal of the day! They have a playground for kids. And we saw a husky, a cat and a squirrel! Really great place to relax

Ramnicu Valcea’s Hotel Castel is an elegantly furnished building with antique-looking castle-like decorative features. The property is centrally located next to many shops, restaurants, bars and... The location is very nice, the staff kind, the food very good

The Pension The Hunter's Lodge enjoys a quiet location, close to the Olanesti resort, and offers you en-suite rooms and a petting zoo with ponies. The guesthouse provides free Wi-Fi in public areas. Very nice and quiet place. Balcony with view on the small stream.

We spent 10 days in Olanesti at Vila Andrei and everything was great starting with the hosts, which make you feel like home, facilities, quietness, beautiful plants and on top of that, the sparkling clean conditions. I liked that throughout the stay, the other guests were polite and respecting all the rules for a pleasant stay. I warmly recommend Vila Andrei, as it offers a great value for money and you can cook in peace whatever you like, instead depending on the uninspired menus from the restaurants in Olanesti.
