The room was huge, super clean, and comfortable. Oana, the receptionist, was an absolute sweetheart. She went above and beyond for me to have an exceptional stay.

From the reception till the room everything exceptional, clean, good location, staff really nice and friendly. They gave us the room with a lovely view to town. I really do recommend the location

The Ramada City Center Iasi can be found in a quiet location in the heart of the city, just across the Shopping Centre Complex Palas. Great location, large room, nice soft sheets, coffee & tea and a kettle ( that’s a must have for a 10 stars rating:) The breakfast had plenty options. A 10+ for the scrambled eggs nicely cooked and the fresh ground coffee. There are plenty of lounge areas including the bistro cafe bar - the chocolate soufflé is best!:) And the staff exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and professional.

Simply, a fantastic place. It exceeded my expectations. Clean, with superfriendly staff, in a perfect position, fast wifi connection, room size just perfect and for a very reasonable price. I don't know how it is possible to find anything better value in the area.

It was perfect. We were there for 2 nights. The communication was good and helpful. We had help with our bags, and explanation of all we need. The appartment was cleaner than my home :), and had all we needed (clean towels, sleepers, shower stuff, kitchen items, water, coffee and snacks). It is very close to the center, and about 15 min. walk from Palas Mall. If we ever is Iasi again, we will definatly take it.
