Panskiy Dvir is located in Chernivtsi and features a bar and a terrace. I enjoyed everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not have any unpleasant surprises when I got to the hotel - everything that was discussed when I booked the rooms was exactly as I found at the hotel. The lovely young lady from the reception was very clear about all the price matters and everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Especially the price was very good for the conditions they offered. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, very big, and not expensive.

The rooms are cozy, comfortable and very clean. What is most surprising is the breakfast: the enormous variety of the culinary offer exceeds all imagination and satisfies any palate. Overall it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
