Located near Serra da Estrela, this 250-year old manor house has historic furnishings and artistic accessories. Each themed room is a reminder of older way of life. The house is an old manor full of character and charm, right in the center of Manteigas. The room is very spacious, the heating works great and the bed is comfy. The staff is really friendly, and went above and beyond to provide vegan breakfast options for us, after we asked at the time of booking if there would be any. They got us plant milk, yogurt, cheese, butter and galantine, and even made delicious apple pastries and pancakes for us! That's on top of what I assume is their usual, "accidentally vegan" assortment of different kinds of bread, cereal, fruit and jams. We couldn't be happier.

Quinta do Quinto features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Porto da Carne. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Loved this place! The view was amazing, the bed's comfortable, the bathroom very luxurious and the staff (Patricia) was so helpful and super friendly! Extremely clean and had everything we needed (including a washing machine!). There are soooo many amenities: swimming pool, billiard, table tennis, volleyball court, super awesome bar (you can even create your own cocktails) etc. Very good breakfast! In this place everything makes you feel like a royalty. This is the best place we've stayed at so far!

Extremely nice staff, very nice rooms and common kitchen and the location in the village is perfect. We could even park our car in the garage. There is really nothing bad to say about this place and it's also very affordable.

The breakfast was exceptional, very traditional and with local products. The staff was lovely and provided us with a wonderful road trip to do nearby.

The Alva Valley Hotel sits on the confluence of Alvoco and Alva rivers, in the quaint Ponte das Três Entradas. It is 10 km from Oliveira do Hospital and 24 km from Piódão. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Nice lounge area, great breakfast and very helpful staff. The service you'd expect of a big hotel in a city and compared to some hotels this one was much better.

Located within 600 metres of Manteigas Hot Springs, SerraVale in Manteigas offers a garden, as well as free WiFi. Among the various facilities of the rustic property are a shared lounge and a bar. We loved this beautiful home. The room and property as a whole were very clean and inviting. Sitting in front of the fireplace is one of my favourite things in the world, so this was icing on the cake for me.
