Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. Excellent, very generous breakfast, mix of local, continental and health focused cuisine . Michelin level restaurant did not disappoint and was quite frankly a great value. Regular bar also a great option. Wine selection excellent. Location very private, guarantees total disconnect from the world , if you want that. Great hiking trails. Excellent spa.

Place and facilites are awesome, great experience sleep into a barrel, the view of the small and charming City Peso da Régua was spetacular. They offer a lot of experiences too and is a great opportunity to disconnect and rest.

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. The location and views are amazing and the facilities are beautiful. The owner is wonderful. She goes to a lot of trouble to make her guests feel at home. The dinner was delicious and so was the port wine which we were welcomed to taste. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Situated in a former 18th-century wine estate, this luxury hotel overlooks vineyards and the Douro Valley. Perfect location. Isolated from the touristy places right outside. It was an oasis. I can not imagine staying anywhere else in Pinhao. It made the entire experience special.

Quinta de S.Bernardo - Winery & Farmhouse is offering accommodation in Mesão Frio. Among the various facilities are a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared lounge. From the moment we arrived the customer service was top notch. Friendly attentive owners and staff looking after anything we needed during our stay at the winery. The property has amazing views from every angle. Truly a magical place to be. Breakfast was included with our stay and was great. Full buffet with hot items also available on request.

Offering an outdoor pool and hot tub, Douro Suites is situated in Baião in the Norte Region Region, 43 km from Porto. The accommodation boasts a spa bath. Guimarães is 41 km away. Everything. Was one of the best places that we stayed in. I can’t fault it and it is clearly 5*
