This former farmhouse has been carefully restored and converted into a rustic hotel and restaurant. Just 1 km from Voss, modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs feature in each room. The property owners were amazing and made us feel special and truly welcomed. We wish that we booked our stay for another day.

Housed in a 19th-century building, this hotel lies by Lake Vangsvatnet, next to the Voss Train Station. It offers free Wi-fi, free private parking and a pool area. Spacious room with renovated spacious bathroom. Staff is excellent and they also offer a mini guided tour of the property which is a landmark itself, with 5-generation history. The hotel is located in front of a lake and next to the gondola station to reach the ski resort/mountain to hike.

Overlooking the Nærøy Valley, this family-run hotel offers 2 in-house resraurants and a panorama lounge. Gudvangen village and the Nærøy Fjord are 15 minutes’ drive away. WiFi is free in public areas.... The view was just breathtaking. Probably the best one in the whole Norway trip. I think we made 400 pictures just of the view. Just when we came, there was a rainbow and it made everything even more surreal. The breakfast was very good and the room was very spacious. Our room was towards the mountains and the waterfalls so we were just absolutely amazed.
