First of all - it's very designed place. From the parking place to restaurant - all of this countryside looking wooden paradise gives you that feeling of Old Good North. Not far-away-very-cold-north, but another one - natural, wooden and cozy place. It's a bit of mountain guest house style. But this particular one house much more hotel-style place. Everything new, clean. Stylish. Very nice restaurant.

Offering a restaurant, Danebu Kongsgaard - Boutique Hotel is located in Aurdal village. All rooms include free WiFi access, a work desk and a private bathroom with shower. The whole setting is just amazing. The location is superb, with mountain and lake views. There are solid trails for hiking for several days. The breakfast was good, and so was the lunch, dinner and pizza offerings. We tried it all :)

The family-run Knuts Hyttegrend is just 650 metres from the slopes of Beitostølen Ski Resort and 40 minutes' drive from Fagernes. Convenience, quiet, clean, near grocery store. All cooking utensils were available.

Radisson Blu Resort Beitostølen is located 900 metres above sea level and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Very clean, friendly staff, great location

Situated in Fagernes town centre, Scandic Valdres offers free WiFi and brightly decorated guest rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV. Fagernes Beach is just 50 metres from the hotel. The view is beautiful and there are paths to walk close by. It was a very welcoming place and the staff were very helpful. We’ve since stayed at other Scandic hotels and this is still our favorite.
