Staying at Holmen Husky is an experience far away from staying at an ordinary hotel. We want our guests to get closer to nature and to get a taste of what it is like to live close to the elements. Holmen Husky was the highlight of our month long trip. From sleeping in lavu to the food to the wonderful dogs that wait for you to walk past and rub their tummies. The staff are exceptional with a special shout out to Tess who fit us in for the amazing husky sledding and Wico for his amazing food. I cannot recommend this place enough. We even watched the Aurora from our bed! A great place for kids too....

Located by the Tromsdalselva River, this property is just 5 minutes’ drive from Tromsø city centre. It offers cottages with private patios and kitchen facilities. WiFi and parking are free. We saw the northern light from our cabin

I trully love this place.

A 10/10 is a rare but this hotel deserves it by all means. The check in was seamless. The room was the best one could ask for with the view of Tromso. What a delight it was to see the beautiful city right from the bedroom. The fitness center was super nice and again the best view one could ask for. Really enjoyed the sauna. All Northern light tours start from the hotel and there is a decent Pizzeria nearby as well. The breakfast was outstanding. So many options and I also ordered Avocado Toast and Omlette which were really good as well. Definitely recommend this for staying in Tromso. Super impressed.
