Staying at Holmen Husky is an experience far away from staying at an ordinary hotel. We want our guests to get closer to nature and to get a taste of what it is like to live close to the elements. We had an all around fantastic stay. Staff was really nice and proactive to make you feel at home. The included breakfast and the meals we ordered were delicious. Certainly a fantastic experience if you're looking for something other than the usual hotel room. And as luck has had it the weather allowed us to see a beautiful aurora right there and then.

Located by the Tromsdalselva River, this property is just 5 minutes’ drive from Tromsø city centre. It offers cottages with private patios and kitchen facilities. WiFi and parking are free. We rented a cabin for three people (max four), it was super clean and new. The cabin featured a super tiny but still usable kitchenette. Staff was friendly, will stay there again next time.

Breakfast, staff, service, location, value for money, the VIEW from the hotel were SUPERB! Most tour pick up is just outside the hotel. Close to everything! Easy access from airport by ordinary bus (there’s an express bus which is more expensive).
