We’d booked a mezzanine room and they changed it for us. The stairs were too steep for us. The new room was large and comfortable and the bed was lovely. Had the evening meal there and it was good, as was breakfast. Nothing to complain about at all.

* Newly renovated Aksjemøllen by Classic Norway, has a unique atmosphere and charm. Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Super good and fresh breakfast.

We got there in the sunset time, it was stunning. The decoration of the hotel has historical pictures and furniture, very stylish. Dinner and breakfast are good. It's a little bit of drive from the main road. If you have a car, no problem.

This hotel is 25 minutes' drive from Lillehammer and 15 minutes from Lilleputthammer and Hafjell Ski Resort. It offers free WiFi, a restaurant and a cafè. Very friendly staff, we recommend the restaurant (also a couple of options for vegetarians) as they make very interesting food. Plenty of possible activities as well.

It was just what we needed in our road trip - welcoming place on the way. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were great. Very unique atmosphere.
