Great for a stopover on route back to UK. Restaurant was a lovely setting with Mountain Views, the food and choice amazing all arrived efficiently and hot. Well stocked bar too.

Suzanna welcomed us with a warm smile, an espresso, and a treat at the reception desk as she checked us in. It was a cool day and we had walked from the train. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated! She was so welcoming and informative! She thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room that was available for the night at no extra charge. So kind! Our room was charming with a view of the garden, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Suzanna explained that snacks were available in the breakfast area and we could help ourselves. We were tired from travel, so enjoyed tea, a roll w jam, and fruit. Happily satisfied! The BnB serves a complimentary, delicious breakfast, complete w served cappuccinos. We were set for a day of exploring. And the staff allowed us to leave our bags as we did so! Top this all off with an amazing location! We were happily just outside of Lucca’s wall, a 5 minute walk to the main entry to Old Town. This BnB gets an enthusiastic 10+ in my book!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Residenza Dell' Opera offers elegant room and apartments in the centre of Turin, within 1 km of Piazza Castello Square, the Royal Palace of Turin, and Madama Palace. The apartment was very central and extremely clean. The kitchen was outfitted with the basics, including a dishwasher, and electric stove/oven. Dishwashing costs extra, so make sure you read the fine print on the counter. We had a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit and bottled water. The elevator/parking lot was super convenient. We parked the car for three days and walked the city. The parking is extra but well-priced in comparison to Torino's private lots. The attic rooms do run a bit warm, but you have full control of the temperature. The hotel in in the city ZTL limited traffic zone and coming into the city between the hours of 7am and 10:30am will incur a fine. Plan accordingly if you are driving. The hotel does offer a laundry service but only on weekdays and it takes a day. If you need laundry during the weekend, drop it off at Lavasecco Tintoria Arcobaleno on Via Mazzini. Super nice folks with a quick turnaround.
