Steindl's Boutique Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Vipiteno and 200 metres from the cable car to the Monte Cavallo ski area. It features a sauna and a sun terrace. Nice hotel, friendly staff (the lady in the reception suggested us a very nice hike). Great breakfast with wide variaty. Good location

The Walther Hotel is much better than its category, which is why we choose it for the second time. In the superior double room is the bed is huge and very comfortable, the bed linen is so soft and excellent quality, like in a five-star hotel. The bathroom is spacious and brilliant with the white mosaic tiles, and equipped with Simplehuman sensor magnifying mirror. The breakfast is first class.

On The Rock is set 100 metres from the mediaeval Castle in Arco, and offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, and a bar. Paulo has to be the best hotel manager, greets you as if you saw him yesterday and nothing is too much trouble. Stayed at On the Rock a few times, and still it has to go down as one of our favourite places to stay. They've just got all the details right down to a tee. We stayed in the Junior Suite this time round - which was a super large room with great views. Breakfast is great; a continental offering with fresh pastries and daily fruit. The hotel is tucked away off the main street but pretty central to Arco with walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

We were late for check in as our flight was delayed, but the host was kind enough to wait for us. Molaris Lodge is set in the centre of Rio Di Pusteria, just 200 metres from the ski lifts to the Gitschberg and Jochtal ski areas. Its 500 m² garden includes a pool, playground and BBQ during summer. Fantastic Location, Hotel is Brand new and spacious rooms with a large terrace with mountain view and food was delicious and a breakfast with a large variety, staff is very friendly. 2nd floor has direct access to the parking adjacent to road and easy to load and unload luggages. We will be back in another season.

Set in a quiet location, this 4-star hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Transacqua di Primiero. The staff was amazing. it happened that I broke my leg at a trail, and the staff helped me head to tow. very considerable. very kind!
