The infinity pool was beautiful! The staff were extremely helpful and tracked us down to notify us of a time change of our ferry. The rooms were beautiful and spcaious.

High above the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Alcione is set in Positano centre, 60 km from Naples-Capodichino Airport. This residence boasts Mediterranean style rooms, each with a private panoramic terrace. Amazing views and so, so friendly staff. Beautifully decorated rooms. Good location.

The view across Sorrento to Mount Vesuvius was breathtaking. They provided an excellent breakfast that suited everyones taste. They also provided a great choice of evening meals. Even though the hotel was high above Sorrento it did not mean that you were isolated as the hotel provided a shuttle bus, which operated regularly; early enough to meet any early tours; late enough to enjoy a night out without rushing to meet the shuttle.

Set on a hillside 2 km from the centre of Sorrento, Hotel La Badia offers an outdoor swimming pool, air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace with panoramic views of the Bay of Naples. This hotel, without previously knowing me, helped me arrange a special request I will forever be grateful for! Besides, the hotel is very enchanting, elegant, and authentic, reminiscent of rustic Italian haciendas, with many terraces full of plants offering sea views (even breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace directly overlooking the sea) and beautiful gardens all around the property; it's practically an estate. You need to be there to fully experience the vibe, but it is on par with much more expensive accommodations you can find in Tuscany, for example. Our room was cute with a direct view of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, and the Sorrento coastline. Everybody from the staff was incredibly hospitable, dedicated and pleasant. This could be a luxurious 5-star hotel with certain upgrades, but I think it's better to stay exactly as it is, offering authentic experience at a reasonable price.
