The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, golfing and fishing. I arrived late in the evening and the hosts were exceptionally accommodating. I had dinner at the pub and the staff arranged for my taxi the following morning. The food at the bar is also very good. I very much enjoyed my stay here, would definitely visit again for longer.

This was an amazing hotel! Perfect location for our needs, right in town and next door to a fantastic pub "The Squealing Pig" where our event was taking place and not far from our family gathering in Rockcorry. (BTW the Squealing Pig was very accomodating to our very Vegan daughter and her infant son); The staff at the hotel was pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast was fantastic with a full menu of options The town has a nice mall and shopping options; we had our laundry done down the street and back the same day if you get it there early. The Monaghan Museum was fantastic (they are moving to a new location down the street. The restaurants were great and we especially were impressed with 'Eastern Balti House' with the best service and great food!
