Located directly by the beach, the Hotel Plaza on the island of Pag offers an a-la carte restaurant and a swimming pool overlooking the beach. Location was great, great view, cousy and isolated enough that you don't hear any noice from the town, so you can really enjoy your vacation. Food was great, and the people that are working in the hotel, including the owners were all super kind, really nothing to complain about. The prices were really good, entire Menü with salat, soup, main dish and dessert for 18€( or 13€ if you take vegetarian) was cheaper than in the town's restaurants. Especially since the prices in Croatia exploded last couple of years, here you get great price to performance ratio. Small pebble beach in front of the hotel, with quick access via staircase. Would definitely recommend.

Featuring a beachfront location and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Guest House Frane is located 1.4 from the centre of Pag and provides free WiFi access. Great breakfasts, and generally very good food. Perfect location - a few meters from the beach. The beach itself is not too big, but there are no sharp rocks, only very small stones, the same may be said about the sea - you don`t need any special rubber shoes. There are some deckchairs on the beach and you can borrow a sunshade from the owners. There are many tables round the hotel where you can enjoy wine, beer and food. And the best of all - the Blues Brothers i.e. the owner`s sons. Great guys! They`ll give you valuable info about the area, but you can discuss any topic with them - from cultivating tomatoes to various aspects of Croatian history and economy. Generally, a huge plus for hotel staff! Since the hotel is located very close to the sea, you don`t need to worry about scorching heat as there is always a bit (or more) of wind which makes sitting in the restaurant or your balcony a very pleasant experience.
