Nicely decorated, central and very clean property. Owners are very friendly and they assisted us at every step of our stay. La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. The property features a TV lounge, and a garden. It is located a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The host Ainoa was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with everything you need and really comfy and spacious. We will definitely come back there next time we are in Nice!

Very friendly staff all around, we received an upgrade to a larger room with terrace to the courtyard, it has an excellent spa with big hammam ( the reason for choosing this hotel for me) and a good size relaxation pool but with countercurrent jet so you can actually swim if there are few people, the price of the hamam 1h at a time was included in the room ( mattered in my choice ) cleaning service very good even late in the day, all in all a perfect stay, will come back, perfect location, convenient neatby parkin saint niolas
The breakfast was very tasty, the hot drinks were lovely. A relaxing friendly establishment. We were very kindly upgraded to a better room which was a lovely surprise. It was very comfortable and we loved our down time at the hotel.
Beautiful surroundings and a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden and pool were lovely to retreat to after seeing the sights of Avignon, and the jacuzzi was well-used. Florian and Emmanuelle were excellent hosts, and worked hard to ensure their guests were comfortable. They also had great local information - suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, etc.
We upgraded to a suite and it was fabulous, there was a mezzanine with twin beds (which we didn't need) and a sofa and TV. The 'main' area downstairs had a big double bed, lovely bath/shower room and best of all a private terrace with sun loungers. We really enjoyed the luxury. The swimming pool area was very pretty and stylish.
We had a perfect stay! The room is spacious, clean and well-organised, and the jacuzzi is a lovely addition. The location is also great, close to everything mentioned yet safe and quiet. Again, thank you Cathrine and Jacques for making it such an unforgettable experience with your excellent suggestions and help. We would definitely come back.
STUNNING hotel. Beautiful grounds, gardens, pool. Romantic and large rooms. Delicious and romantic garden restaurant. Ladies at reception super lovely. Free upgrade on room too! Very happy! Highly recommended.
After a ten hour drive, we’ve arrived at La bergerie du Roy. The host and hostess made us feel right at home. It is a very cozy place and the perfect atmosphere for a romantic and/or relaxing gataway. This recently renovated appartement (maisonnette) is wonderful and nicely styled. We would recommend this to everyone who wants a real Provence experience. Thanks for the lovely and special week.
Great location, easy walk to old town. Sitting room was great with views over the old town and M. Sainte-Victoire. Apartment (it was an upgrade) was very roomy with lots of storage and lovely bathroom. Parking in dedicated underground car park was ideal. Common areas are nice and relaxed but with understated style. Breakfast was miles ahead of typical UK chain of this sort. Would use this chain again in other locations. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.
The hotel is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous, with a lovely patio with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast bread / croissant are delicious
From the moment you enter the premises it’s clear that this family has put a lot of effort in creating this little paradise in the hills of Grimaud. Beautiful quite place to relax and enjoy. Spacious room, great shower, lovely garden and pool. Port Grimaud is just a 15 minute drive, Saint Tropez about 20 minutes (go early) and the romantic little town of Grimaud only a 15 minute (very steep) walk. Last but not least very friendly hosts. Thank you so much for taking such good care. We will definitely visit you again.
