Excellent communication & was very happy to be given a top floor flat as requested. The studio flat was pleasantly decorated, nice towels and delighted there was a Nespresso pod machine. Sofa bed as reported by my son (20+ years, so not small!) was extremely comfortable & large, and as reported by me, not creaky at all, so a good night's sleep was had by all! Yes the sofa bed does touch the main bed when extended as reported by another guest review, but this is not a problem as one can simply slip out the end of the bed! Personally this was not a problem and having the large, good quality sofa bed more than makes up for the minor inconvenience. Also there are adequate utensils, including 2 corkscrews!.. the drawer was found by my daughter (in the middle of the cupboard with the pans). The shower is good & a generous size bathroom. Location is very easy to access either by train or tram. This was an excellent, good value choice for a stay in Nice,.my son also went to Monaco for the day very easily from this location.
