An idyllic setting. Beautiful landscaping, rolling hills, trees, horses, fountains; a lovely manorly house. Reception was exceptional. If you are staying in this area you must try to stay here. Only about 5 minute drive to Cancale, a lovely small oyster city!! Right on the waterfront.... Breakfast was also lovely.. An array of cheeses/meats/eggs/bread. Looking out on that fabulous landscape!

A beautifully renovated villa in a calm, residential neighbourhood of Saint Malo. There is free parking in the street and a very good market in walking distance. The port is a 20-minute walk, the old city is a bit farther, more of a driving distance. The host is a super kind lady who knows the best restaurants (where mostly locals go) in town and the the best and calmest beaches in and around Saint Malo. It's absolutely worth to rely on her advice. When we left very early in the morning to catch a ferry, she very kindly offered us an abundant takeaway breakfast.

Set in a 7000 m², landscaped park, Domaine de la Barbinais is a hotel located in the countryside of Saint Malo. WiFi access is available throughout. Staff are friendly and caring. We stayed at the ground-level accessible to the back Terrence, where we are allowed to park our car. It was very convenient to bypass the front lobby and bring our dog (Golden retriever) to the outside, open space. He enjoyed a special day, running around away from Paris.

The Kyriad Prestige hotel is located 4km from the historic Intramuros center and the beaches. It has free and secure parking for your vehicle. The hotel is very nice and the pool + sauna are a great addition.
