But everything was perfect. We are still talking about the delicious food in the restaurant. The hotel staff was really helpful with our early check out, so we had a great sandwich and some coffee before we left the hotel in the morning.

I would also recommend the grill nearby (Ilmaristen Grilli) Staff also gave an excellent recommendation on a restaurant when they heard we are going to Kasnäs. (Portside)

The first thing to mention is the view! You have an unobstructed view of the lake and islands from anywhere in the house (except the bathroom ;). Waking up to the mist on the lake is a beautiful feeling. A wonderful place for a romantic getaway or relaxing with the family.

Excellent location and awesome place to stay close to Lappeenranta. The "history room" is super, it's very spacious and it's fully furnished with everything. The host is very nice and helpful in explaining what to do in the nearby area and in Rutola village. Nearby there's a GP Grilli which is excellent. I highly recommend it if you're passing by!

Staff extremely helpful: we had to use the sauna, but could not figure out how to make it work (we found them later “under our noses”); the staff answered our call even late in the evening and provided wonderful help.

This is such a lovely hotel with newly renovated rooms in a beautiful little town. The property is right on the water and has a restaurant/bar and a huge terrace. We had a really nice stay and the breakfast waffles were amazing.
