Located in Santa Claus Village within the Arctic Circle, Nova Skyland Hotel offers accommodation with free WiFi, seating area and flat-screen TV. The accommodation features a sauna. The place was incredible. The unit was spectacular, clean, tidy, comfortable. It was like being cocooned in a wonderful embrace surrounded by snow. We loved it so much!!

This boutique hotel is 8 km from Rovaniemi Airport and Santa Claus Village. It features bright, ultra-modern rooms with individually themed décor. WiFi and parking are free. The concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping staff went out of their way to make me feel like I was their most important guest. As a solo traveler, this really made me feel extra welcomed. The restaurant food was incredible - I tried something new on the menu every night and was never disappointed. The breakfast buffet was large, varied, decadent, and delicious.

These modern, 2-bedroom cottages are located 3 km from Rovaniemi City Centre and Train Station. Ounasvaara Ski Resort is 500 metres away. I like the privacy but at the same it's not that far from the city centre.

Santa Claus Holiday Village is located at the heart of Santa Claus Village in the Arctic Circle, 8 km north of Rovaniemi. Santa Claus Holiday Village offers three different types of accommodation. Loved our stay here. Room was so comfy and pretty.

Situated right next to the Ounasvaara Winter Sports Centre on Ounasvaara Fell, Lapland Hotel Sky Ounasvaara offers a restaurant and roof terrace with views over Rovaniemi city and the Kemijoki River... Amazing location, beautiful surroundings. The staff is very nice, the rooms are cosy and clean, the hotel really does play into Arctic fantasy. Also, for people travelling with dogs - 1. a scenic trail starts pretty much 10 meters from the door of the hotel, and it’s very convenient to say the least 2. While a lot of hotels claim that they are dog friendly, in reality they simply “accept dogs”. This hotel is actually dog-friendly, offering bowls, towels, snacks and “please do not disturb our pet” door sign.

Located next to Urho Kekkonen Natural Park in Kakslauttanen, Polar Aurora Cabins offers self-catering apartments with sauna housed in log cabins. Free WiFi is available. We loved the clean comfy cabins which were cozy and well equipped. Janna and Mika are excellent hosts. We couldnt reccomend Polar Aurora Cabins any better! Frankly they are way better then the commercial accomodations out there and offer a ‘Home Away From Home’ experience. They make a perfect team and run the cabins like clockwork.

Set in Saariselkä, Northern Lights Village Saariselkä features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. The property has its own reindeer paddock, where guests are welcome to watch and pet the reindeer. Such a warm and cozy cabin to sleep in. The Northern Lights Village also offers additional tours can be booked separately. With a SKi bus that comes through regularly.Was worth the price. It also included all 3 meals complimentary.

Located near SantaPark, Arctic TreeHouse Hotel offers accommodation in Rovaniemi. Offering suites, guests can enjoy views of the surrounding forest and even the Northern Lights if lucky. design and location was superb. pricy due to season and demand. wish we could have had more nights but they were limited on availability

Set on the beachfront in Utsjoki, Holiday Village Valle features a bar. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Good location next to river Tenor, nice rooms with good heating facilities and the amazing hospitality of the host. it’s a family run resort and everyone who works there ensures that the guests are very comfortable. During our stay the temperature falls to -35 C. The host provided all the warm suits for us to enjoy all the activities. Chef Kimmo is awesome… activities are plenty and well arranged. Felt like HOME AWAY FROM HOME….. DEFINITELY A BEYOND 5 STAR EXPERIENCE 😀😀😀

Offering a private sauna, Villas Karhunpesä is located in Saariselka in the Lapland Region. Ivalo is 26 km away. Free private parking is available on site. The house was lovely and modern and equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Little touches like the Christmas tree and having dishwasher tablets and detergents to use etc made a self catering stay a lot easier with a family. The house is a little way from the town centre if you are walking (as it’s very cold) but We had a car and it took 5 minutes and we loved the fact it was secluded and quiet but we could easily reach where we needed to go by car.
