Located only 300 metres from the waterfront in central Mariehamn, Hotel Pommern offers WiFi and free private parking on site. Great breakfast buffet, comfortable and clean rooms, no problem at all to arrive around midnight with the late ferry.

We got an unexpected lovely welcome gift for our pet - chewing sticks, she also got a doggy bed and a drinking bowl. Our room had lots of mirrors, a beautiful view of the sea, a balcony, comfy beds, a coffee service, two armchairs, a working desk. The bathroom had a shower AND a bathtub. We got to use the pool and sauna, very clean. Breakfast was good, fruits, juices, breads, cheeses, a choice of eggs, nice! There is a bar with two pool tables in the same building. We went there with my 12 year old son, they even make non-alcoholic cocktails for kids. The hotel has a perfect location for sight seeing, we walked to 3 museums, a waterpark, harbour, and an open air zoo.

22 minutes by car from Mariehamn and surrounded by fields and woodland, this bed and breakfast has a summer café and offers free Wi-Fi. The nearest beach is within 10 minutes’ walk of the property. Fantastic location- our room windows were facing a beautiful meadow behind the house. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, extremely lovely, cozy, and spacious. Staff was really nice and welcoming- we had no problems arriving at 1 PM during the night. Gooooood breakfast!

This property is in the south-west of Åland Islands, 50 metres from a private sandy beach. It offers simple cottages with access to a shared kitchen and TV room. Wi-Fi is free. Beautiful place. Great for families with children. My daughter loved the row-boat, lots of place to run around. Of course, you need to accept the missing shower in the room.

Located by the sea bay, Eckerö Camping & Stugor offers accommodation in Eckerö. Eckerö Ferry Terminal is 10 km away. The cottages come with a kitchen, including a toaster, microwave and coffee... We come back every year. It got everything we need, BBQ, sauna, hot tub, great kitchen with everything you’ll need. Staff is super nice and very easy to deal with. Perfect place for us to disconnect and just chill.
