This hotel is located in the heart of Jyväskylä, on the pedestrian street Kauppakatu, 300 metres from Jyväskylä train station. A Finnish breakfast is served in the Silmu restaurant daily. This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. The personnel is very nice, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is superb. The bed is very comfortable. The location is very central in Jyvaskyla and there are many shops around. You can borrow a yoga mat, too!

A Finlandia Hotel Alba épülete a Jyväsjärvi tó partján, a Mattilanniemi negyedben található, Jyväskylä városközpontjától mindössze 1,5 km-re. The location for the university, the views, the recent breakfast spread, the sauna in my room, staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and welcoming, great room service

Situated within the Jyväskylä Paviljonki Congress and Trade Fair Centre, this contemporary hotel is 200 metres from Jyväskylä Train Station and the town’s harbour. It was the second hotel I tried in Finland and, just like the first one, everything was fantastic. The room was VERY clean, equipped with a coffee machine + kettle, the bed very comfortable, the sheets great. Several pillows of several dimensions, so the guest can choose whatever suits them best. It was easy to find and had a great underground parking which, in -34 degrees C, was most welcome. Most importantly, the staff was very kind to my dog :) The restaurant onsite, an Italian trattoria, was also quite nice.
