The location was amazing as it was at the heart of the city centre near a prime Metro station called Gran Via. There are alot of options walkable from the apartment. Supermarket, pharmacy, metro station, shopping district, you name it! The apartment was clean and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities such as washing machine, iron board, hair dryer etc. The bed was comfortable and allowed us to have restful sleep. Most importantly, the costumer service by them pre-arrival and during our stay was beyond our expectations. We had to check in late at night and the instructions given was clear for us to have smooth check-in process. Froi was very resourceful in sharing potential places to visit as well. We felt very welcome and touched by their warm hospitality and will definitely choose to stay with NQN again! Thank you Froi and Team for making our stay a wonderful experience!

If you like the mountains, do not hesitate to go outside Madrid—amazing hikes and landscapes. The place was quite good and they were very friendly. You will feel at home. They let us charge our electric car. We appreciated the Spanish breakfast with the bonus of delicious cakes baked at home.

Great service, staff is very kind and helpful. Beautiful lobby and restaurant area. Also the facilities is completely celiac friendly which was a huge deal. If you have gluten allergies, it might be the best option in all Madrid. Definitely would come again.

Located on Madrid’s Gran Vía, next to Callao Metro Station and just 500 metres from the Puerta del Sol, Hotel Atlántico offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Hotel staff are very welcoming The location is super amazing mostly for shopping. A STAR location. They have simple breakfast but convienrt. The towels and pillow are good. Althrough I hardly be comfortable with pillows because I can only sleep on feather pillow. The pillow was good despite being only cotton. The bed Lenin was soft. I liked the power of hot water and bathtub. They welcome us with Madrid cup, which is a nice gesture. Also, when they cleaned the room, they made the bed in lovely way (it is a small detail but I loved it), Marcedes cleaned our room and I want to thank her. Also, there were 2 ladies in the restaurent, they were very kind and welcoming. Thanks to them. The hotel decoration has a spirit with scalpure, paints and rugs. They have beautiful curtains AND electronic shutter.
