Localizado em meio aos jardins em uma região tranquila, o Palm Oasis Maspalomas oferece vista das Dunas de Maspalomas ou do Oceano Atlântico. It was a true oasis like the name of the hotel says. Walking in the hotel territory felt like in a botanical garden. Pool area was great. Pools were nice and clean and fun for small children too. Enough sun beds. Area itself is nice and quiet. Free bus to the beach. Taxi park right outside of the hotel, so you can get one easily if you don’t want to take a walk up or down the hill. Hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel keeps refreshing the facility all the time so it really feels up to date although the interior is quite authentic from the 80s. Nevertheless it’s clean and comfortable and welcoming. Housekeeping every day. Nice big pool towels can be changed once a week. Other visitors were polite too. The nicest hotel experience for our family so far.

The team of Maspalomas suites and spa is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that their guests have everything they need for an extraordinary vacation ecperience. We would like to thank: - the reception, because the team at the reception was always so nice, available at any time and prepared to help in any way possible,  - the cleaning team, for making sure that our apartment was spotless, - Ignacio and his team - we watched him every breakfast - the dedication and the thougthfullnes that he is putting into his work; from cleaning the pool and every single thing around the pool, -the person who makes sure that in the evening every light around the pool is the same colour (again - such care and so many details that create such magical atmosphere)  - to Emilio and his team at the bar - everyone was so sweet, helpful and professional (and the cocktails are also amazing 😉),  - the cooking team, the food was absolutely AMAZING, we couldn't wait for each brakfast and dinner, each time there were so many different options and flavours, you did an amazing job, - and of course to all performers and their performances that we were able to enjoy each evening.  Furthermore the bed is comfortable and during our stay there was always a free parking available just in front of the accomodation.

Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel is situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a 5-minute walk from Las Palmas Marina and surrounded by extensive gardens. Um hotel excepcional, muito bem localizado, pessoas trabalhando felizes para nos deixar muito bem e confortável. Havia uma pessoa na recepção de nome Julia muito solicita.

Bungalow acolhedor e confortável.
