The breakfast was marvelous, and the people absolutely nice.

Guests can go fishing, swimming or relax in the garden. We were absolutely happy to stay in the hose - owners were helpful and polite, the house is cozy, warm and clean, equipped with everything needed. Such feeling as you are staying at your loved grandparents.it was wonderful New Year celebration, thank you, Evgenia!

We liked this place a lot, it was much better than we expected. Rooms were very cozy and special, something you cannot find from other places. Decorations were super, everything was thought through, owners have done great work there. The house had special aura. There is a river near the house, it is possible to swim there. Manor owner was very friendly and we got an upgrade because there were not many people. You can cook, make tea/coffe there.

Really great location with a view to the lake Peipsi and the villages of Kolkja and Varnja close. Lovely breakfast and nice people (staff) who chat about things happening around there on villages. Also, they were very kind to receive us late at night, even though I forgot to pay attention to the check in time that was hours and hours earlier. Very helpful crew.,

The location is perfect,walking distance to the lake.The house is spacious and well spaced out, the kitchen area is in a convenient place and you can enjoy a quite, relaxing evening on the decking area. The sauna is great after a swim in the lake and heats up quickly.

Really great location and a big house, loads of activities like table tennis, grilling, jacuzzi outside made it brilliant. Lake Peipsi is only 5 minutes walk away and was beautiful so really nice area. Store is 1 minute drive away to stock up on essentials.
