Housed in an 18th-century farmhouse in the village of Flødstrup, Staevnegaarden offers spacious apartments with free Wi-Fi and private bathroom. Flødstrup Church is just across the street. It was Danish “hygge” experience: we had a Christmas tree outside on the terrace and a Christmas wreath with candles on the table. Everything was ready for celebrating Christmas. The kitchen is convenient and spacious, equipped with necessary utensils, a coffee machine, and coffee. Two stores are just a 5-minute drive away. A great choice for staying and visiting Odense (25 minutes by car).

Located next to the beach by Svendborg Sound, this hotel is 2 km from central Svendborg. It offers both guest rooms and apartments, each with a balcony. Both Wi-Fi and private parking are free. This is a great location. if you’re travelling across Denmark or destination all by itself. Great restaurant food was amazing in particular the rhubarb /strawberry ice cream soup desert.

Storebælt Sinatur Hotel & Conference is situated in Nyborg on Funen Island, just a short drive from the Great Belt Bridge and Nyborg Train Station. Complimentary WiFi access is provided for guests. The rooms where very nice and very clean. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed a couple more days to enjoy the sea and the pool. We asked for 2 rooms near each other and were surprised when we were given connecting rooms. This was a nice perk for our family. The breakfast was very good.

Overlooking the Great Belt strait, Nyborg Strand is a beachfront property just 2 km from Nyborg’s Old Town. Odense city centre is within 30 minutes' drive. Breakfast was great. The room was fantastic, the amenities exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated having access to a bike, which we used daily.

This early 1900s farmhouse is 1.5 km outside Odense. It offers wholesome home cooking, specially imported Mediterranean wines and free Wi-Fi. Hans Christian Andersen Museum is within 20 minutes’ walk.... Very nice, big and clean room. Breakfast was great! And the reception lady is super accomodating and friendly. The place is also unique, quiet and very relaxing surroundings.

For the same price as a rundown hotel in Copenhagen, we got a large room, with a large bathroom, on the top floor. Toiletries were refilled quickly, and the cleaning was done while we were enjoying breakfast. The breakfast buffet was also great.
